About Innov Da Nang
Innov Da Nang is a private-led ecosystem initiative created to support Da Nang's growth as a regional innovation destination.
We connect local talent, Vietnamese startups, international founders, investors, universities, incubators, technology communities, service providers, companies, and public-sector stakeholders who want to build, expand, invest, or collaborate in Da Nang.
We are not an incubator or accelerator, and we do not compete with them. Our role is to complement existing incubators, accelerators, universities, and startup support organizations by creating bridges across the ecosystem, supporting founder readiness, improving access to trusted local partners, helping foreign founders soft-land in Da Nang, and creating opportunities for collaboration.

Dimitris Tselios
Founder, Innov Da Nang
Dimitris Tselios is a Leadership & Business Strategist with more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience across leadership, business strategy, operational systems, remote work, and international ecosystem development.
He works with CEOs, founders, organizations, and public institutions to design leadership strategies, sustainable operational systems, and ecosystems that create long-term economic and societal impact.
His work in remote work and global mobility includes founding TELOM AI, Nomad365 and Remote Work International, leading the International Digital Nomad Federation, contributing to the EU-funded R-map Project, and organizing the Athens Nomad Fest and Da Nang Nomad Fest. Through these initiatives, he has developed a strong international network of founders, executives, governments, universities, investors, remote professionals, and community leaders.
Through Innov Da Nang, Dimitris brings this experience and global network to support foreign founders, executives, startups, investors, and companies exploring Da Nang for business setup, relocation, talent, partnerships, innovation, and regional expansion.

5-year CIT exemption
Eligible innovative startups, startup support organizations, and companies in AI and semiconductor sectors may receive a 100% corporate income tax exemption for 5 years from the time tax liability arises.
Eligibility depends on company status, sector, and official criteria.
Personal Income Tax Exemption for Talent
5-year PIT exemption
Experts, scientists, talented individuals, and employees working directly in innovative startups, AI, semiconductor design, production, packaging, and testing may receive a personal income tax exemption on salaries and wages for 5 years.
Investor Tax Incentives
5-year tax exemption on transfer income
Individuals and organizations contributing capital or transferring shares or capital contributions in eligible innovative startups, AI companies, or semiconductor companies may receive personal or corporate income tax exemptions on income from those transfers for 5 years.
Applies to qualifying companies that have not conducted a public offering of securities.
Non-Refundable Startup Project Support
Up to 1 billion VND per project
Eligible startups may receive non-refundable financial support from the city budget for project development, direct labor, expert hiring, innovation support services, marketing, legal consulting, commercialization, prototyping, and technology refinement.

Workspace and Infrastructure Support
Up to 100% rent support
Da Nang provides rent and infrastructure support for qualifying startups and support organizations using science and technology infrastructure.

The Da Nang Free Trade Zone creates advantages for foreign investors, high-tech businesses, innovative projects, R&D centers, AI, semiconductor, logistics, and globally connected companies.
- Foreign investors may establish economic organizations in the FTZ without first carrying out the initial investment project procedure or obtaining an investment registration certificate
- Innovative projects (excluding commercial housing) may be exempt from land and water surface rent for the entire lease term
- Priority customs procedures may apply
- Goods in non-tariff FTZ areas may access import/export tax advantages and simplified trade procedures
